your shipping rates?
Connectbrazil.com
utilizes the services of the US Post Office for domestic and international
delivery.
For
Domestic, US bound orders:
For
1-4 items, you may have your order sent via Standard delivery (6-10
days) or you may choose Priority delivery (2-3 days) for an additional
'per order' fee of $2.00.
Orders
of 5 or more items are automatically shipped via Priority delivery
or optionally, by Express delivery.
You
may also choose Express delivery for 'Next Day' service to most
US destinations. 'Delivery Confirmation' is automatically added
to each US bound shipment for package tracking to your door (This
is a 'pass through' cost from the US Post Office).
Standard Delivery (6-10 days)
CDs - 2.50 per order + .59 per item and .55 delivery confirmation
DVD/VHS - 3.50 per order + .59 per item and .55 delivery confirmation
Books - 3.50 per order + .59 per item and .55 delivery confirmation
Option #1: For 1-4 items we will ship your order via Priority
Mail delivery for an extra charge of only $2.00 per order. Priority
delivery is used for all orders of 5 items or more:

CDs - 4.50 per order + .59 per item and .55 delivery confirmation
DVD/VHS - 5.50 per order + .59 per item and .55 delivery confirmation
Books - 5.50 per order + .59 per item and .55 delivery confirmation
Option
#2: For orders of any size, we will ship via Express Mail delivery:

CDs - 17.99 per order + .59 per item and .55 delivery confirmation
DVD/VHS - 18.99 per order + .59 per item and .55 delivery confirmation
Books - 18.99 per order + .59 per item and .55 delivery confirmation

Rates subject to weight restrictions, 2nd day to some remote zip
codes.
For
International orders:
Orders
placed for shipment to International destinations will show Domestic
shipping rates by default. Connectbrazil.com will contact you with
International shipping options and their related costs. Connectbrazil.com
will automatically provide a certificate of mailing for each package
to destinations outside of the US.

When
will my order arrive?
Delivery
times vary, dependent on your shipping address and your choice of
delivery methods:
For
US-bound orders:
Standard
delivery:
Usually 6-10 days via the US Post Office.
Priority
Mail delivery:
Usually 1-3 days via the US Post Office.
Express
Mail delivery:
Usually 'next day' via the US Post Office. Some parts of the US
require second day delivery.
For
all US destinations: Connectbrazil.com automatically adds 'Delivery
Confirmation' to each shipment for package tracking to your door.
For International Orders:
Global
Priority Mail:
Usually 5-10 days via the US Post Office for merchandise weighing
less than 4 pounds to greater than 51 countries and territories
worldwide. This is our default method of shipment for destinations
outside of the US.
Airmail
Parcel Post:
Usually 6-14 days via the US Post Office.
Global
Express Mail:
Usually 3-5 days via the US Post Office.
For
all international destinations: Connectbrazil.com will automatically
provide a certificate of mailing for each package to destinations
outside of the US. At our discretion, we may also specify an alternative
method of shipment, which would include delivery confirmation. In
this case, you will be contacted by e-mail for your choice of delivery
methods and costs.
Why
is Delivery Confirmation automatically included?
No
delivery carrier can be 100% perfect, all of the time. 'Delivery
Confirmation' is an 'optional' package tracking service provided
by the US Post Office for delivery to addresses within the US. Connectbrazil
automatically includes this service to each package sent to US-bound
addresses as part of your order.
It
acts as a 'proof of mailing' to assure you that we have shipped
your order as promised and as a way for customers to conveniently
follow the shipping process undertaken by the US Post Office. Because
each 'Delivery Confirmation' certificate carries a unique number,
this service can also aid the customer in case of lost, delayed
or stolen merchandise.
Connectbrazil
makes no claim or guarantee to the performance of the US Post Office
or any third-party carrier for domestic or international delivery,
and will not provide reimbursement for lost, delayed or stolen merchandise
once proof of mailing has been established.
As
a customer, you should choose the delivery method that best suits
your needs. Connectbrazil will include any requested, available
delivery security services offered by any carrier, when requested
by the customer in writing by using the 'Special Instructions' text
box on the order form to specify your needs at the time of order
placement, for an additional fee.
