Hello! I’m George Klabin. I grew up as a teen in São Paulo, Brasil at the birth of Bossa Nova, which led to my lifelong love affair with this music.
As a recording studio owner and engineer, and founder of a Grammy-winning record label, I’m opening my personal journal to share my musical adventures with you.
These are my stories. This is the music!
This week, I’m bringing you one of the first shows that I thought of when I decided to create this radio program. A hand-picked playlist of the very best male and female vocalists for Bossa Nova’s unique and international style. This show was so exciting and fun to researchthat it could easily have a follow-up in the weeks ahead. I hope you’ll enjoy listening to it as much as I did creating it!
